There is always the excitement over a new kitchen when it is first completed. But after two years of heavy use (including a LOT of cooking and baking these last 6 months) we just wanted you to know we are beyond satisfied. The layout you and your team came up fit our needs perfectly. The cabinets have held up well – everything is where it is supposed to be. The shelving and the drawers hold everything we use in the kitchen. The last minute decision to push the island back made all the difference – and you and your installers made that happen without any fuss or argument or extra charges. And of course, the recommendation to use Richard Aitken was the right choice for us. We get plenty of compliments from guests (and even contractors and repair people who come to the house for something completely unrelated). And we do not hesitate to mention your name and how satisfied we are. Our kitchen is a pleasure to work in, eat in, entertain in – and even clean up! When it is clean and everything's put away, we often remark how lucky we feel. Just wanted you to know.
